:::::::::::::::::::::::
:: HTTPSHOWSYSOPCALL ::
:::::::::::::::::::::::
(Sysop, init.bcm, only Linux/Win32)
Syntax: HTTPSHOWSYSOPCALL [ 0 | 1 ]
(default: 1)

If HTTPSHOWSYSOPCALL is set to "1", a guest can send a mail to sysop via
http webinterface without knowing the sysop callsign. This can allow a SPAM
robot to send a lot of spam mails to sysop.
If the value is set to "0", the guest must input the sysop callsign to send
a message to sysop.
