This morning I open up my system to find two bulletins originating from AZ
and addressed as a personal message with full hierarchical address to one
of my forwarding partners in FL. Either it is a personal message with a
single fixed addressee or it is a bulletin with topic and flood area, with
both maximum 6 characters with topic before the @ and the flood area after
the @. Messages with mixed and improper formation will be taken out of the
forwarding stream. Decide ahead of time which type of message is being sent
and address it properly.
