VARA HF and VARA FM are identical as far as interfacing to JNOS, by
the looks of it anyways, and I can telnet over it no problem as before.
It's just a different modulation technique on the radio side.

The IP Bridge code seems to be working very well, I'm happy with it.
I just need to document the prototype, it's slow going, sorry.
