Hi all,

In a previous message I said I would not have
remote access to my BBS, but I forgot that a
gracious forwarding partner had given me telnet
access to not only his BBS for forwarding, but
also his node. Therefore I am able to reach my
BBS after all.

I am still at the original QTH as planned. It
seems only 4-5 AXTCP links are up at any one
time on the BPQ node at the new QTH even though
at least 12 are configured. I knew I was going
to need a VPN to get back on amprnet, but now
it appears I'm going to need a VPN to help get
any/all links to be stable. Back when operating
on "normal" internet I had a handful of AXTCP
links that were very stable - all slaves, however,
on my end. It's disappointing to say the least
that it's not a reliable solution with the new
internet provider.

I guess this provides even more motivation to
expand the radio capabilities of the node.

73,
Lee K5DAT
