As a temporary solution, YU7BPQ/YT7MPB will be in sporadic test mode,
40m band only. Right now, I am parked on 7049.90 USB dial. (According
to G4APL's math, it shall be 7051.50 MARK_QRG), so you can try P1-4,
robust packet, or HF packet.
