Hi ALL
I am hoping that the Ham Radio community can help me find my missing
brother in law Shane Kelly.
Shane Kelly is described as 5 foot 7 in height, Slim Build, Short black hair
& 34 years old (1987)
He went missing from Strabane (Northern Ireland) in August 2019.
It was said he boarded a ferry for Liverpool (UK) and was found by
Merseyside Police soon after.
Shane was last seen at The Whitechapel Centre:
Langsdale St, Liverpool L3 8DT, United Kingdom.
A few months later we lost contact with him again and currently have no idea
of his whereabouts.
As you can imagine the family is very worried about him and just want to make
contact again.
