After scrolling about an hour on Facebook i have to say it wash a wast of time on
the laptop..
Looking at today and deleting the facebook app on my phone i spend more time
on thing that realy matter such as family and chores..
i even posted more stuff on packet :)
thats the fun of not being distracted at packet and seeing all the
"shiny" stuff on fb with pics.

anyway i have deleted the app on the phone now for a couple of days and at first its
a bit strange becouse you miss the scrolling somehw but you realy get to to what
you want to do and not get distracted with all the blings from your phone..
now for me hang in and dont get seduced ;)
