WG3K   Eric : GE all.  Been a day.  Trying to catch up/keep up at work and all that fun stuff.  Basketball 
WG3K   Eric : season is officially over for the kid.  They won the first game in the championship but 
WG3K   Eric : then lost the second.  Oh well, it has been a fun season. 
WG3K   Eric :  
WG3K   Eric : Haven't really done too much WRT ham radio this last week.  Almost setup for a POTA on  
WG3K   Eric : Saturday but it was raining so hard I could barely see out of the car window!  Was 
WG3K   Eric : over on the Delmarva Penninsula and everything was quite wet.  Oh well, I'll be back, 
WG3K   Eric : maybe on the boat, later this year.  Back to net. >>> 

KX4AC  Carl : GE all.  I completely missed the net last week.    I got home from work, sat 
KX4AC  Carl : down in my easy chair and fell asleep.  Oh well.  We had a very nice weekend 
KX4AC  Carl : this week. I guess Spring is really coming. I was able to get out for my  
KX4AC  Carl : morning walks and take some pictures that I developed  yesterday. 
KX4AC  Carl : It looks like we may be in for a week of rain, though. 
KX4AC  Carl : On the ham front I built a "CW Mite" --- a narrowband audio CW filter. It 
KX4AC  Carl : works quite well (nominal 700Hz +/- 100, more like 690/75 measured).

VA7RBP Rick : Good evening Bob and all on NET. 
VA7RBP Rick : All this talk about warm temperatures, lawn tractors, and other outdoor activities... 
VA7RBP Rick : I still can't see the lawn through the snow, and the current temp. here is 37F. 
VA7RBP Rick : We have had snow flurries every day the past week, not much accumulated here, but 
VA7RBP Rick : on my Noon-Time Net, some folks within 40 miles of my QTH have up to a foot. 
VA7RBP Rick : This past week has been spent working on BPQ, JNOS and XROUTER. 
VA7RBP Rick : I'm still bangin my head against the wall trying to figure out linux networking. 
VA7RBP Rick : And that will continue until I get a handle on it. 
VA7RBP Rick : Also prepping for my knee surgery on Wednesday March 13. I have to stop a few meds 
VA7RBP Rick : well in advance, and pick up stuff like crutches, and think about the logistics 
VA7RBP Rick : of getting home from the hospital. Arlene can only drive the car to and from there, 
VA7RBP Rick : she's not able to do much walking...in the same boat with needing knee surgery. 
VA7RBP Rick : Mine is minor compared to her situation. Anyway, I'll get through it. 
VA7RBP Rick : I guess if Daryl were here he would say..suck it up buttercup...
